Web Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

Responsibilities

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a similar capacity
• Manage application, website design & development projects from onboarding to completion:
• Manage all aspects of the project from requirements definition to post-implementation support.
• Active management of the project scope & the budget.
• Monitor & report on the status and progress of projects to the management.
• Work with the management team to refine and expand the Web Development Department
• Lead technical architecture development in relation to the new project initiation, design, development, and deployment
• Assist in the preparation of technical information in response to the proposals
• Lead stand-up meetings with the Web Design & Development teams

Profile

• Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills to work with the clients, designers & developers
• Should be highly organized and able to work under tight deadlines – excellent time management skills are essential
• Hands on experience with both Waterfall & Agile development methods
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of web development and web technologies
• Understanding of the data structure methodologies, technologies, and standards
• Thorough practical knowledge in User Interaction & User Experience (UI/UX) theory
• Logical and analytical approach to critical thinking and problem solving
• Should be a good team player with strong people skills and positive attitude
• Ability to solve issues promptly, professionally & autonomously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with project management software/ task management and time tracking systems
