An Associate UI/UX Engineer is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of user interfaces (UI) for digital products such as websites, web applications, and software platforms. Their role focuses on ensuring the UI is visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with the overall user experience (UX) strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development Responsibilities

• UI Development: Implement and enhance user interfaces using React, Vue.js, and Next.js.
• Component-Based Development: Build and maintain reusable UI components with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.
• State Management: Work with React Context, Redux, or Vuex to manage UI state efficiently.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and best practices.

Collaboration & Code Management Responsibilities

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement visually consistent and functional interfaces.
• GIT & Version Control: Maintain a structured codebase using GIT and follow best practices in branching and merging.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Assist in deployment processes and continuous integration workflows.
• Testing & Debugging: Identify and fix UI-related issues using debugging tools and testing methodologies.

UI Verification Process After Feature Completion

• Compare the implemented UI with the design in Figma or other design tools.
• Ensure fonts, colors, spacing, and layout align with design specifications.
• Verify responsiveness across different screen sizes and devices.
• Check for cross-browser compatibility and fix rendering issues.

Required Skills & Tools

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in React, Vue.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and modern CSS methodologies.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
